Generally applies: Cancellations and changes of reservations have to be in writing; either by fax or e-mail. Fax: +49 731 9650 8317, E-Mail: support@greenfeebooking.com.

Please take into account the conditions for changes or cancellation of the respective organizer or golf club. For changes and cancellation of tee times, the current cancellation conditions of the respective golf club or hotel apply. (the changing and cancelling of tee times up to 72 hours before tee-off or up to 1 week for packages is free of charge, unless it is indicated differently by the golf club).

greenfee.com will charge EUR 6,- operating expense for changing a flight or package.

greenfee.com will charge EUR 12,- operating expense for each cancelled booking (flight or package).

It is not possible to change or cancel tee times and packages marked "Special Offer".  

In the booking form we explicitly advise you of the bindingness of the booking. We therefore ask you to please make sure that your personal as well as your booking data are correct, before completing the booking. Should an incorrect entry happen anyway, please contact our Support Centre right away, tel. +34 971 84 52 74, in order to either correct or cancel the booking.

If a flight was booked for several players and one person is not able to play, you can appoint a replacement.

In any case a fee is due, when there is a change of name. The operation expense will be EUR 3,-. Our Support Centre will gladly assist you.
